You are always welcomed in Al-Hamlan Store world, There are terms and conditions that are applied to this website, and online purchasing. Purchasing products or even services on our site www.alhamlan.store and provide important information for you as a buyer. - By using this Site, you represent that you confirmed to comply with these terms and conditions with Al-Hamlan Store in relation to your use of the Site; This User Agreement is effective upon acceptance.
Account and Registered User
If you use Al-Hamlan Store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Al-Hamlan Store does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use Al-Hamlan Store only with involvement of a parent or guardian. You will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Al-Hamlan Store has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or not in accordance with this User Agreement, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Al-Hamlan Store under this User Agreement or at law, Al-Hamlan Store has the right to indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Site.
We take payment from your K-Net card at the time we receive your order for the relevant Products, payment method (k-net – cash on delivery) In the event that we are unable to supply the Products, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or call and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the Products.
Cash on Delivery
We also offer our Registered Users the option to pay for the Products ordered by Cash upon delivery at their address, they should choose for such service during the placement of order/checkout.
Cash is to be presented to our driver for collection on the spot prior to receiving delivery of the Products ordered.
In case if the customer wants to pay by K-net (Link), he has to inform the driver, or call (+965) 66468640 to send them a link for their payment after placing an order. You will receive a receipt of full payment, the driver will hand over the Products with the invoice.
It may be noted that we do not accept payments by cheque or gift vouchers or discount coupons in place of cash when using Payment on Delivery option (Discount Coupons if applicable, should be applied prior to checkout).
To ensure prompt and timely delivery, the customer will be contacted prior to their delivery.
In the event where you are not at home or at the specified location for order delivery, the driver will wait at the address mentioned for a 10 minutes with your ordered Products. Inability to establish contact during that time will prompt him to depart and you have to contact customer support team on 66468640.
In case our distribution department are unable to reach the customer within 48 hours of placing the order; it will automatically be deemed as cancelled.
Payment on Delivery option is not available for all Products but is available for selected Products as you can check shipping info before placing an order.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.
Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department, cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional.
Information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Account by providing us your bank details No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.
Al-Hamlan Store will try to be as accurate as possible with the information we present on our website , we will make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of the products we sell. Al-Hamlan Store is not responsible for any errors that may be reported by suppliers in the product descriptions , We do not warrant that product descriptions is error free.
Return & Refund Policy
Customer purchased an item and wants to return or exchange – They have only 14 days to return or exchange, make sure the items must be returned in a resale able condition (Sealed and in Factory condition). That means your item must be unused (Sealed) and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in the original packaging (not opened) while returning it.
All Returns should be made by the customer (bring the product to our store). In case, if any return request is made by the customer then we will not refund the shipping charges (will be charged for the shipping) as that has already been incurred by us. We will refund the product purchased amount only.
Customer purchased an item and is sure that it is defected within 24 hours Al-Hamlan Store will replace the item from vendor.
In the case of a product purchased with a gift coupon, bundle offer, special offer or purchased during the sales campaigns etc. then we have the rights not to accept the product return. Replacement is possible only if customer is proving (defect / missing part / etc ) only within 14 days after the delivery.
All Gaming PC Builds cannot be returned as all parts will be opened and built (as per customer request)
Virtual products such as iTunes cards, Google play gift cards, play station cards, gift cards and others are excluded from the 14 days return policy.
Receiving a Refund
You will receive your refund after we receive and process your returned items ( for the items eligible for refund) . Expect your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
1 to 3 business days for us to receive your return from the courier.
1 to 2 business days for us to process your return
The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We'll notify you via e-mail/SMS/WhatsApp/Call of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Order Cancellation Policy
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and submit" page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the returns policy.
NOT ALL PRODUCTS HAVE WARRANTY, (IF VALID - It will be mentioned behind the invoice stating the date of purchase & warranty period). Products damaged due to wrong usage (electrical source, water leakage, repaired with unauthorized workshop etc.) will not be accepted under the warranty terms & conditions.
PC's have warranty on hardware only. ( IF VALID - It will be mentioned behind the invoice stating the date of purchase & warranty period). Warranty does not include software, broken parts or any damage caused by person.
- Any PC's which are/have gotten Overcloaked will be voided from warranty
- Any PC's or GPU Used for mining will Void Warranty
- Any PC Mods/additions done from other workshops will drop the warranty
